If you love a little history thrown in with a whole lot of family, you will love love love award winning Paramoor Winery in the Macedon Region. 
The Wine maker Will Fraser and his wife Kathy do an amazing job creating divine wines, and scrumptious wood fired pizza. The wine tastings are held in the old stables, complete with a blacksmiths fire, creating an atmosphere you will want to come back for.
As far as family goes, all the wines are named after relatives i.e. Uncle Fred, Master Angus, Kathleen and so on…. really crazy but awesome.
