Beer
Rocks Brewing Co
We are an Australian-owned and operated brewery lead by fifth and sixth generation convict descendants. Our Australian beers bring to life the true stories of early convicts and settlers, beginning with traditional, great tasting ales – just like your grandfathers’ grandfather drank.
Doctor’s Orders is affectionately referred to as a cuckoo brewer. The analogy with a cuckoo is that we don’t have our own brewery (cuckoos take over other birds nests to lay their eggs). We take over our mates breweries to personally produce our beers. We also personally develop, market and sell each beer.
Grumpy’s Brewhaus is the first all-grain boutique microbrewery in the Adelaide Hills and have been operating since 2006. We are dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in craft brewing and the increased enjoyment of beer.
Beer quality is very important to us and therefore our beers are packaged in premium bottle. Our bottles are perfect for restaurants and bars that display their beer in fridges with fluorescent lights. The bottles fully protect the beer from skunking and other off flavours that commonly affect glass bottled craft beers. They are also very stylish and eye catching.
The size of a micro brewery means we are able to make more specialised beers than the large industrial breweries. We are able to have fun experimenting with different flavours. We are particularly lucky in Bright as we have pristine mountain water and are located in a valley renowned for its hop growing. All this adds up to being able to make great beer.
Voted WA’s best brewery back to back 2014 and 2015
We love Craft Beer and are passionate about what distinguishes us from factory beers – freshness and flavour. We brew to bring out the best of the ingredients we use to create fresh beers full of satisfying malty flavour balanced with lifted fresh hops.
HopDog brews hop-centric beers and artisinal ales, with a focus on quality ingredients and an attention to detail. HopDog is a way of life, and life is too short to drink boring beer.
Fiercely independent, we seek flavour, sustainability & truth of origin in the food we grow & make. We are farmers brewing farmhouse ales & ciders in unique batches using farm grown ingredients from our own 600ha property in the Derwent Valley of Tasmania as well as ingredients sourced directly from farmers across the state.
Our aim at Temple Brewing Company is to produce a range of distinctive handcrafted beers that are brewed with passion and dedication to craftsmanship. We’re doing what we do best, and brewing the best beer that we can. Proudly brewed in Brunswick East.

Camilo Olives
Since its first planting of olives, Camilo’s product line has expanded beyond extra virgin olive oil to include award-winning infused oils, table olives, olive preserves and olive seasoning salts.
The Gooramadda Olive story commenced in 1998 when the first olive trees were planted. The grove now has around 1000 trees of varying varieties. With this planting started a great tradition of developing a product that would earn great respect both with its customers and also within the olive industry.
Bunna Bunoo Olives
Cape Schanck Olive Estate is a family owned and managed olive grove located in the southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula. Fedra Olive Grove made with love by Spiros (Jeff) Konstantinou and Fedra Konstantinou using their Greek heritage as experience to produce an excellent product within Australia for Australians. Over 6,000 olive trees are used to produce the award winning extra virgin olive oil, as well as olives.
Established in 1999, the Frankland River Olive Company has grown to become one of Australia’s largest producers of extra virgin olive oil and table olives. Situated in Western Australia’s pristine environment and Mediterranean climate, 274,000 olive trees grow over 760 hectares on our groves, located in Frankland River and the Moore River Region.
Joo-Yee and her husband Bruce have mastered the art of olives, producing the finest oils and table olives with their own hands and lots of love. Ginger, chili or mandarin-marinated table olives are a few of the unexpected varieties produced on-site at Wollundry.

Spirits
New World Distillery – Starward
STARWARD began with a simple vision: offer the world a modern whisky unshackled from tradition. STARWARD borrows from the past without being constrained by it, and combines it with the best Australia has to offer: our barley, our barrels, and our climate. This world class malt is a true reflection of the place and people who make it.
What makes Nant truly unique is the combination of pristine natural environment and pure natural ingredients.
