Sunday  afternoon and I have found a seat in the sun at Hercules Morse which is named after the owners dog who looks like the well known Hairy Maclary character…..

By the time I have finished my first glass of bubbly Thorn Clark NV Pinot Noir Chardonnay  I am joined by 3 of the COL crew.

Not really a sweet tooth however I loooooove the Salted peanut brittle parfait with bruleed banana and butterscotch sauce hmmmm delish!

Washed down beautifully with a Sandpiper Riesling from the the amazing Eden Valley in South Australia

If only every day was a Sunday… Ahhhh the bliss
